I love this place and lived here for five years, excellent staff ,great customer service. Debbie Lillian and Chris very helpful and co operative and maintenance staff is very active.
Not a single email or phone has been made to me.
I found another location.
Definite opportunity for room for improvement.
"F" rating in BBB. Bugs, bugs, bugs, mold smell in water, debris on property, never cleaned, no outside spraying, have no security or security gates. A/C high due to tile roof replaced to tar with no insulation. A/C/Electric bill $200 to $250/mo. Prices higher than new properties. No parking. People in office do not respond to maintenance requests. If there is mold, they will deny there is mold. If A/C not working, they will tell you it is working. Water dangerous. You pay OUC. They won't test. Not honest. Check BBB. Rent at your own risk.
The amenities, particularly the gym and pool area, are amazing, and I love the floorplan, and staff. My only criticism is the lack of sound buffer on the ceiling. It sounds like my upstairs neighbor is potentially a World Champion Irish River Dancer and is rehearsing at any given time of the day or night. But I love my place, so I can deal with the fact that it sounds like the set of Jumanji.
Air conditioner is like 20 years old I been asked to be replaced and nothing happen I been paying electricity bills for more than 230 $ for 2 bedrooms
