I've been a tenant of the property for a few months now and so far it has been a wonderful experience. The rental process was done digitally since i was relocating from another state. The leasing manager was attentive every step of the way and helped ease my fears about moving to a place I hadn't had the opportunity to tour. Office staff have been freindly and quick to assist with any problem, even going as far to peronally call me when I lost my passport. Maintenance has been professional and a few have even taken the time to entertain my daughter when they see is walking outside. It's a lovely community and we are happy to call it home.

There were some hiccups at first but things worked out ok and overall I have been happy. I do wish there was better communication from the property management group to residents. For example there was a water leak in a home near by we were not home so maintenance checked our home, which is fine, except the only reason we know is because our neighbor told us. We didn't receive a call and no card was left in the apartment. I am not upset at all that they came in while we were out, but letting us know even if it had been after the fact would have been nice. My husband did call maintenanxe in Saturday to confirm they had in fact been in our apartment. I will say on they did have to return on Monday morning and they called for that, Who h is good. Also a little frustrated that the business is advertised to include free wifi in the clubhouse however when I went to use the business center there was a note saying I had to provide ID to get a keyboard and when I explained I had my own laptop I just needed the wifi I was told they longer do that. The business center can now only be used while the leasing office is open. I'm sure there is a good reason for having to check out keyboards, but it is a bit frustrating that there was no communication that an amenity is no longer available to residents. Hopefully in the future we will be notified of these changes in advance. I must say other than those 2 things, it has been good so far and we are looking forward to our time at the community.
