Horrible place to stay. Within a couple of months of us moving in the compactor broke and trash was over flowing all over the ground. Now they removed the compactor and you have to travel to the other side of the complex. We pay over $2,000 a month to now having to put the trash in my car and drive to the other side pass the office. So ridiculous! My car got broken into, someone bust my passenger window, glass was everywhere. Never in my life has my car been broken into. I sent an email to the manager at the front office to let them know. They never replied. The front office doesnt care about you at all. The next month my neighbor car got broken into. This place is not safe at all. Our building caught fire, and we had to be out of our apartment for 5 days. We paid for a hotel out of pocket for those 5 days. We just had paid rent and the manager never once gave us credit to our account for being out of our apartment or reimbursed us for paying for hotels. They told us we can break our lease to find another place because they didnt know how long we were going to be out of apartment. We found a place and the manager lied and said they never told us that. If we moved, we would be charge with early termination fees. This place is a joke, they are all about money. They dont care about you as a resident thats for sure. Run as fast as you can the other way. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!

At all costs, avoid the Parkway at Hunter's Creek! The Parkway may argue that I am just a disgruntled tenant attempting to blemish their record. I am not! I lived at this residence for one year. During the year, they had recurring problems with the trash compactor. At times it felt like I was living at a dumping yard rather than the luxury complex they claimed to be. In addition, upon moving, I scheduled a walk-through with management to inspect the apartment with my supervision after thoroughly cleaning it. On the day of the walk-through, management failed to show up! Becoming suspicious of their no-show, I took pictures and video of the apartment before leaving. I was confident that all was in order, cleaned, and tidy. My suspicion was valid! Later that month, I received a bill amounting to over 2500 dollars claiming that trash was left behind, carpets had pet urine stains, shower heads missing, etc. I wrote management a strong letter showing some of the pictures I took. After receiving the letter and realizing their claims of missing items were false, they readjusted the fine. Nevertheless, they still claimed that trash was left being and the rugs had stainsthe video I took showed that the rugs and floors were clean. . In addition, the trash they were referring to was a few brand new hangers in one of the closets and cleaning detergents I left as a courtesy to the maintenance staff that they might find useful. If management had not "suspiciously" failed to keep their walk-through appointment, this could have been brought up to me at the time. Today, I find myself fighting a Collection Agency demanding payment. In addition, this has affected my credit rating. Again, I am not a disgruntled bad tenant. If you should decide to live in this facility and are willing to ignore trash piling up on the grounds, please do not move out until you make sure they perform a walk-through under your supervision! .
