Would have provided an excellent rating but the security gates do not work on a regular basis. Also if you want to go east on Colonial you need to do a U turn at Dorcher. No easy access to crossing the street.

Thank you for a great rating. We try really hard to provide the best service possible to our residents. The gates are a mechanical item and are repaired as soon as there is an issue. We have not had an issue to call in for repair in at least 6 months. Sometimes if people bump them they will sit open until the system recycles so that could cause them to be open for a period while this happens. Other than that the gates are operable.

The price is too much for these apartments they can come down some its not worth what they asking. Carpet on stairs wasn't replace different color from all the rest.. It all 2 bedroom their is really nothing spectacular about them. No wow factor. The squirrels love playing in the attic and in the walls. The electric doesn't work good in the outlets Some do but not all. Maintenance is slow. heck for leaks and substance in water needs to be filtered out or boiled before using it. Work in progress

All of our units now have new cabinets and countertops, plank wood flooring, ornamental chair rail, two tone interiors as well as renovated amenities. Our rents may seem higher however our rents include a washer/dryer and all the utilities except electric and cable/internet. Maintenance requests are typically completed within 24 hours and we call after work is complete to make sure you're satisfied. If not satisfied we welcome the opportunity to correct anything a resident is unhappy with.

I had too many problems to list individually. But just know the apt itself had a lot of issues. The staff is great.

I'm so sorry that you had problems in your apartment. We can not control when things break or malfunction. All we can do is repair them as quickly as possible.

Nice location and very reasonable pricing. Office and maintenance staff are polite and prompt always. Slightly small space with not as much storage as I would have liked.

Thank you so much for a great review. Since our apartment homes do not offer walk in closets we have added additional double shelving in our 2/2 closets so that you have double the capacity. We also have linen closets, coat closets and outside storage closets.
