My mom lives here and I feel good about it. If she has a problem and reports it to the office they make sure that it is handled. The maintenance crew is cool. The girls in the office be throwing pool parties and the Christmas party for the residents is an added touch. I can see they really care. Def a nice place to live if you are single or have kids because my children love hanging out with their nana at the Club at Millenia. Its cool so far.

PLEASE DON'T BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU READ!!!!! I LIVED HERE FOR 2 YEARS AND WAS SAD TO LEAVE- I THINK THAT PEOPLE ARE QUICK TO TRY TO BLAST YOU ONLINE WHEN THINGS DON'T GO THEIR WAY OR THEY GET KICKED OUT. "TROLLS" MILLENIA IS CLOSE TO EVERYTHING AND THE STAFF ARE NICE, PROFESSIONAL AND ATTENTIVE I HAD ISSUES BUT THEY WERE HANDLED IN A TIMELY FASHION. I USUALLY HEARD MY NEIGHBORS COMPLAINING OF ROACHES AND ALL BUT THEY KEPT THEIR APTS DIRTY WITH GARBAGE, CLUTTER,DIRTY DISHES.....IF THAT IS THE WAY YOU LIVE, DON'T BLAME MGMT!!!!!!! YOU CAN GET ANYWHERE IN MINUTES, MAINTENANCE KEEPS THE GROUNDS CLEAN AND MGMT TRIES THEIR VERY BEST TO MAINTAIN NICE LIVING AREAS BUT YOU CAN NOT PLEASE EVERYONE ALL THE TIME SOME PPL ARE JUST NASTY BY NATURE AND LOOKING TO BLAME OTHERS... GIVE IT A TRY AND SEE FOR YOURSELF.........i STILL REFER MY CO-WORKERS FRIENDS AND FAMILY HERE.

I lived at The Clubat Millenia for two years. It was horrible, we had countless issues with leaks and water. After countless unanswered calls, I mean I have phone logs of 15+ unanswered calls on multiple weekday afternoons with no answer. I leave messages for emergency maintenance, to have them show up and tell me they cannot help. From our water heater leaking and washer breaking, we flooded three times. They refused to clean carpets and because they did not treat the water leak properly, my closet, and later other areas of the apartment grew mold. They were informed of this and left mold in our apartment for 4+ months after emails and pictures had been sent to management. Last summer our air conditioner went out, repeatedly. Instead of replacing it they patched it over and over, leaving our apartment at 80+ Degrees in multiple instances over the course of months.

If the staff would pick up their phone, and actually take care of their residents the place would be so much better. I liked the location, our apartment had been renovated before we moved in and we loved it, until the office staff, maintenance, management wouldnt fix major problems.

ROACHES EVERYWHERE, BED BUGS, AND RACOONS DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! See all my pictures! Don't talk to Ghislain, Carry, Linda or any of the new staff! First day moving into the apartments we found out that the unit had bed bugs! After moving all of my stuff in, I literally had to move it all out again so they could fix the problem. The management did not do anything to compensate or discount my first months rent AT ALL! After they hired Massey to come and treat the unit they did not even say sorry for the inconvenience!!! This place has a horrible roach and raccoon problem as well! The raccoons come every night and go through everyones trash and the hallways are filled with trash and left over food (ITS DISGUSTING) and the worse part is the people that live here don't even care. They just wake up and leave the trash on the ground. I told the management and they said that is between me and my neighbors! The roach problem in this place is why I ended my lease early. When we moved in after the bed bug problem we found roaches around the apartment randomly but mainly in the kitchen. We told the management every week and they told us to call massey. We had Massey come out every week and nothing changed! I absolutely hate this place and wish they could all go to jail for how they let people live here. Someone broke into a bunch of peoples mailbox and they did nothing about it! The trash is a overflown mess all the time!! I ended my lease early because Massey told me the roaches were coming from my other 2 neighbors apartment and they could not go in there. This place is the worst thing I have ever had to deal with and I beg anyone who wants to enjoy there life in a sanitary way to not live here!
