I really didn't like the apartment. The staff was good.

I was living here for a period of 6 months, the worst experience of my life I spent 6 weeks with the damaged air conditioner they never brought me a portable air and they always said what the temperature would be about 80 degrees inside the apartment. Cockroaches in the whole apartment were never going to perform a fumigation service. It is horrible to live here so horrible that the last days I felt disgusted when arriving at the place, cockroaches are everywhere and never sent to fumigate however I always notified him. Luis

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE Maintenance takes forever to come and do any work, whether its during regular or emergency hours. Ive had service requests put it that took longer than a week to be done, some I even got an email for saying it was completed when no one had come by to take a look. I kept coming in and reminding them and calling and leaving messages. I had a leak in my master bath that was going for MONTHS, that I called emergency maintenance about MULTIPLE TIMES, and each time it was the same man who came to take a look. There were a few times that one came at all. Every time I would come in and ask why no one was doing anything I was told that they had to get a third party contractor to take a look at the unit upstairs but no one did for weeks. No one checked my unit for any moisture left behind and instead just patched the hole and painted over it. I would take pictures and videos each time it would leak to document the days that went by that it wasnt fixed. A different occasion that I had inexcusable maintenance was when I needed a leak tended to that was seeping into my master closet from my master shower, it took a week to come and look at. I was at work when they came back, and my roommate wasnt home, they stopped coming to try and paint over the hole in the closet that they made. The access gate has been working for months, both pools have been closed for maintenance as well as the club house but theres been no sign of any work being done until only recently. No one ever answers the phone or calls back after leaving a message. Ive called right when the office opens, midday and before theyre about to close for the night, but absolutely no answer, ever. Just dont waste your time and find some other place to live. I would give this place negative stars if I could, and if I had the means I would tried to get out of my lease a long time ago.

I've been living in the Club at Millenia for one year. I love the grounds, maintenance of the amenities and how I'm treated when I call or visit the office. Liza from the staff always receive me with a smile and is very helpful. I enjoy living here!
