they made me pay a month of rent for a month that I wasn't even living in their apartment anymore. The day they posted a piece of paper on my door with lease renewal rates, on the same day I personally went to their office to let them know I was going to move out. They charged me $2686.68 for A august rent when my lease finished in July and threatened to send to collection if I didn't pay because they used my email sent in June as my notice of non renewal. In July when my husband stopped by the office to handout their keys we were only charged for the first week of July because our lease was due on the 7th. (because I had personally given the notice in May), They are disorganized, always changing their staff. The manager didn't even try to reason with us, as if I was lying. We are hard working and honest people and they just found a way to STEAL from us. If I could I would leave zero stars! Don't recommend their apartments to anyone.
