The staff are friendly and always quick to help whenever I need anything and I love my apartment.
The management and maintenance staff are incredibly friendly. My wife and I feel very safe in the property, especially having the courtesy officer available. Also, there are events put on by a CARES team every month which has really created a greater sense of community, and it has allowed me to meet other people living here.
Raised rent 250 for multiple tenants. I had a problem with their website for paying rent. They were awful to deal with. I showed them how I had paid but there was some error with their system. All they cared about was me get my money to them. Also there were always spiders and eggs in the hallways. They wouldnt exterminate until they were asked to. The pool gate was broken for a long time(2-3 months). A truck backed into a side of a building. There has been a blue tarp over it for about months. For charging so high, they should fix probs in a timely manner. Apartment was nice inside and pool was nice.
Dog park is always full of poo so not a place you want to take your dog. A an unfixed pit bull lives on the grounds but management looks the other way. Talked to our neighbors and everyone seems to know it is there. Don't get an upper unit as the wall are paper. We get complaints almost daily left on our door saying we are being to loud. Mind you loud being walking up the stairs or taking a shower as the being loud. Christine in the front office is very rude and does nothing to help you. I would highly suggest looking at one of the other apartments in the area that offer better service. Dwell is amazing for a lot less rent!!
I think that the property was great and an amazing trip for the time that we have been here.
