I like it its big and it looks cozy
The property was beautiful when we first moved in and within the past year it has steadily declined. The bug infestation is beyond out of control, the first floor floods and so does your balcony door. Amenities do not work for MONTHS. The pool has moldy furniture and the pool area including the grills(which never work EVER) are just falling apart. Hallways are stained and smelly. Trash is in the parking garage all the time without ever cleaning it up. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything outside every single apartment. Management is aware of all the issues and they do their best to cover it up while not addressing any of the concerns. You have people who will steal packages, listen in outside your door and management will encourage them instead of stopping it. Regardless if its invasion of privacy or not. My best advice is to find another community than rent here. unless SPM changes management this place will continue to be a dump.
We moved out a couple of months ago. When we moved in we were told that it was hotel living. It's not, there is no trash pickup on weekends and the dumpsters are overflowing regularly. My husband and I like to walk and worms frequently filled the staircase. The hallways badly need repainting as well as new carpets. The staff also only changes the A.C. filters twice a year so the air is not clean. When Tiffany was the manager things were not perfect but she did her best. Once Kim took over the building kept declining. The Maintenance Staff was excellent and so we're most of our neighbors except the single guy beside us and the upstairs neighbors they played music all night. It might be hotel living but it's not a good hotel.
Don't get me wrong I love our apartment. But the Managers are not doing a good job maintaining the building. The Managers also need to work on their people skills. I just wish the quality of the building was like it was on the day we moved in. I hope in the new year we will see a change in the management staff as well as the building.
I live on the first floor and the hallway keeps getting flooded and worms are everywhere. The Hallway carpets are torn and dirty. The Manager Kim is very rude and the place just keeps getting worse.
