Enclave at Lake Underhill

Our experience in the enclave was fair in the beginning, unfortunately i came to find out after 5 mos i was in collection for 750 dlrs. It is very curious to know that i did not get any notification of this debt in the beginning but do get a collection notice . why am i finding out after 5 mos this was owed and when we left we had paid everything that was needed to be paid. I was never late on my payment even though it was a highly priced rent.. . I am very disappointed with management and hopefully they can clear this matter out soon. Please be very careful with this complex. After 3 years of living there i would apreciate some kind of effort from them to get this right .

It's a pleasure to live here! From the very beginning, we were welcomed warmly by the staff. The office Manager, Tahrae, Nicole and the very friendly maintenance staff are excellent at what they do. Travis, Frank, Farick, and Joel (before he left) are always ready to serve when their is a need for a repair. We have no complaints of Enclave on Lake Underhill. Thank you to all of our friends at The Enclave!

Beautiful, cozy apartments in a safe neighborhood! Great for young professionals; I've not once felt unsafe. Wonderful location, sandwiched in between two lakes, with a great running trail and so close (while still being far enough away) from Downtown Orlando. I couldn't be happier!
