Boardwalk is a great place to live. I feel safe, the staff is friendly, and there are alot of up to date and accessible amenities. My only complaint is dealing with overall energy and power use. The Air conditioner in my unit is an older model. It has some issues that need to be inspected and dealt with. However, the maintanence staff, that i have dealt with, seems unprepared and not properly trained.
I loved living in Boardwalk, I only moved because I made new friends and went to live with them in their house.
The office is super friendly and helpful. Never had a problem with them. Maintenance was also super quick to get things done too. The rooms are huge compared to other complexes too.
Do not live here. You will have overages every single month for no reason. I swear they make up the overage charges. The coast monthly is not worth the tiny apartment you get. Front office staff is not helpful at all. Cable and wifi goes out almost every time it storms. Bedroom walls are super thin. Ants in the kitchen.
I called and emailed but no one called me back!! Thumbs down..
Great place to live, lots of space in the apartment itself, the staff is actually really nice and explain everything very thoroughly. College apartments are usually a hit or miss but this was definitely a great place to live
