I lived here just over a year and I am glad to say I am finally done with my lease as of 2022! The manager Kim does absolutely nothing to help any issues I have had. They added bogus fees to the rent mid lease. Urine and fecal matter all over the hallways. Parking is terrible. Building is loud and walls are thin. The general area is nice, so I moved to an apartment closer to Publix..

I absolutely love Azul Baldwin Park...The place is clean and neighbors are friendly and helpful...Whenever I have a maintenance issue it is taken care of right away sometimes the very same day....love love Azul...The Managers KIM and SHERRY are totally Awesome!!!

Very disappointed. The tenants are breaking their lease and nothing is being done. Azul are breaking their landlord obligations by not making it habitable. Overall, you pay $2.5K per month for cockroaches, worms, walls are paper thin, frat house, noise to where you cant sleep or think, and management that are quick to charge your rent but not quick to answer to your concerns. Urine on patio but never addressed by staff. Stayed more nights away from this apartment than in it.

The property is immaculate and the managers and staff are personable and polite. I never Have to ask twice to have something done in the apartment and they go above and beyond to help when needed

A very safe and family friendly area. I can come home from work and look forward to a relaxing, quiet evening. With the Village Center nearby, great restaurants and shops are minutes away!
