Do not waste your time, money or energy moving here. Had a major bug issues, put in a request, and it took them over 3 weeks to acknowledge the issue and that was after numerous emails were sent. When the pest control finally come to our apartment they said the issue had gotten so bad, that itll take weeks to fix and they wish the community notified them earlier. To make matters worse, they will not let out of our lease or move units and expect us to live amongst bugs and insects. This is an issue that we are now getting our Attorneys involved with. This has been the worst apartment, and management I have ever dealt with and I highly recommend you rent elsewhere

We never thought that we would move from New York City but after taking the virtual tour and considering the comments made to us by our daughter and son-in-law who live in Winter Springs and engaged in a tour with the leasing office we made the decision to come. We are so happy that we made the choice to turn the page and start anither chapter of our lives here at Arbors.
