Black MOLD in my apartment due to a pipe burst in walls, currently in my AC vent! its day 13 and nothing has been done. The videos are currently on social media. A complaint was just filed with the county for code enforcement to assess the living conditions. i have 2 different videos showing my apartment. Tiktok : ceeyoulooking

Really good place to live, they're all so nice here. The pools are beautiful and the gym are good places to spend your time.

The rent is expensive here depending what you're looking for. There are literally no side walks so you have to stay to the side of the street. Cars are usually flying with their music blasting. The gym is ok the equipment is kind of tore up and some seats got holes.

do yourself a favor and live literally anywhere else - roaches EVERYWHERE, nasty and careless management, super limited parking and they threaten to tow if you park on the street, gate is always broken, the pool is disgusting and crowded. We were perfect tenants for a year and now they hit us with unexpected fees (over $1,000 no one bothered to contact us about) and when we call the office questioning it the manager Brenda told us next time to read the lease, even though we were not given a copy, and if we don't agree straight to collections!! Little do they know I am in the same profession and would never treat my renters with such carelessness, I SWEAR OFF AMARA AND BRIDGE FOR LIFE. So many better options....all the reviews here are true.
