On 1/7/22 my fiance and I paid the application fees and submitted an application for their B2 layout - 2bd2ba apartment, which was listed at $1362 on their website and on their application. The application fees amounted to $250 per person which we paid. Upon approving the application, they immediately processed another $250 payment amounting to what I'm guessing is the deposit. I was in formed that we were approved and was presented with a 12 month lease summary outlining the rent for each month, which reflected the advertised price and the price listed on the application. I was presented with a summary of move in costs which amounted to next months rent in addition to added prorated rent (the lease was to start Feb. 26th). I was even sent a specific payment number by which I could pay those move in costs. It was only after I reached out to inquire about signing the actual lease, I was informed that the actual cost of the apartment was approximately $500 more than the listed price. I have filed a report with the attorney generals office.

I've been living here for 2 years now, and I don't have any complaints about the property or office staff. Everyone in the office especially Sherly has went over and beyond on certain requests we inquired about and resolved any maintainance issues the same day. The property is quiet and entrance gates are always working to keep non residents out.

Perfect place to live... the administration and the staff are incredible and awesome. The apartments are super cute and comfortable exteriors perfect with regularly maintenance. I really want thankful for Nancy and Sherlley for your polity and service... On Metrowest region this place can be called Paradise
