These are far from luxury and even further from deserving a 5/5 rating. Robinsproperty.llc has taken over the management of this property like they have others and like the other tenants at other complexes my family has been completely displaced for months while they turned our apt/home into a construction site. This company writes threatening letters to cover themselves for entry for their renovations with zero flexibility. This company offers you no respect, privacy, or dignity. Imagine renting and you're given a days notice to move all your belongings and appliances out of your kitchen and bathrooms with 5 day windows for entry to take off work and make arrangements for, and this goes on for Months. When my lease is up it is good riddance to this company and any other properties under their management.
The apartments are older and are in dire need of repair and upkeep.
exterior upkeep should be handled on a daily basis, excess dead limbs, leaves in hallways, trash in parking lots, walk paths covered in sand and mud, exterior lights not working during evening hours, doggie trash cans not being emptied, excessive mold built up around ground units and first floor stairwells that need pressure washed.
