I recently moved into Vista Grande and
from my initial conversation with Melody in the leasing office. Noel, and Ariel are really cool too. I have had a very good experience with them all

Melody is exceptional ... She really went above and beyond to get me into an affordable unit. The process was effortless, and she did what she said she would.

I have had minor maintenance issues that were resolved next day. Another thing I liked is that there were no hidden fees above my base rent. Everything was upfront, and I had my keys two days later. Not to mention the amenities are not too shabby. Great start to a New Year.

I would recommend Vista Grande to anyone new to Jacksonville and looking for an affordable apartment.

My only complaint is those stupid ducks, they tried to gang up on me when I was moving in, had to chase them away a few times... Yikes!!!!

They're a quirky part of our community that we love, but we definitely don't want them hampering your great experience at Vista Grande!

Unaddressed maintenance in every room (from non functional windows, to patio flooding and leaving thick black mud every time it rains to an ice maker that has never worked or a dishwasher that smells and makes you sick when used to a carpet that has pungent animal urine odor
....to name a few). - I personally have been fortunate to have excellent neighbors but it is no secret that regardless of severe apartment internal noise complaints (those living above or next to you), the office has a very "that's your problem, just pay your rent" corporate mentality. - Externally, the complex is very quiet. I've never felt a safety concern. It's just as quiet on a weekend night as it is on a Tuesday night. The grounds are well maintained and they are attentive to untagged and/or broken down vehicles. - If the INSIDE of the apartments were as maintained as the OUTSIDE, it would be a lovely place. But just as a person can be attractive physically until you look at them internally, so is Vista Grande "Luxury" Apartments after residing here for 9 months. Such a shame as this community could have excellent potential with its exceptional location.

We fulfill requests in the order they're received and try to address all maintenance requests in a timely manner, regardless of volume. These are far from luxury and even further from deserving a 5/5 rating. Robinsproperty.llc has taken over the management of this property like they have others and like the other tenants at other complexes my family has been completely displaced for months while they turned our apt/home into a construction site. This company writes threatening letters to cover themselves for entry for their renovations with zero flexibility. This company offers you no respect, privacy, or dignity. Imagine renting and you're given a days notice to move all your belongings and appliances out of your kitchen and bathrooms with 5 day windows for entry to take off work and make arrangements for, and this goes on for Months. When my lease is up it is good riddance to this company and any other properties under their management.
