Since living here the staff has been extremely friendly, the maintenance guys get any work done asap and the grounds are always kept in great shape. The manager is doing all kinds of renovations that just improve the complex so much. I love living here.

Let me start by saying this place was great the first month we moved in. Everyone was willing to work with us and our dogs and help us find what we need.

Come to find out this place is not "Professionally" maintained by Robbins Realtors.

Then the truth comes out.
1) Subpar Office staff. there are different staff members that are present at different times of the day. information is hardly relayed to anyone if something needs to get done. some of them are rude and hardly offer any help. Half of the time they don't even know whats going on.
2) After initial "clean up" of the apartment, everything was great. Then all the hiding bugs and problems start to show once you get settled. ROACHES are a big problem here. Ducks are also a big problem here. Everything here is a big cover up. The model units they show you are the only ones that are really up kept, but of course, it is to lure you in.
3) Updates to the apartment are handled unprofessionally. Everything is dirty when you get back home. They leave all their trash and leave you to clean it up. Carpets get dirty, Paint is left everywhere and they have the audacity to tell us we as the tenants are responsible for clean up? I am sorry but that shouldn't be the case.


1) Good thing I can say about this place is the maintenance staff. They handle a lot of stuff and will go out of their way to get what you need. They are the friendliest out of anybody here.

This apartment is horrible. The leasing office only care about receiving money. If there is a problem Chris will fix it if it's small. At any time the owner wants to do renovations, they will not put you in a hotel or substitute your rent. As for the days you weren't allowed in the home, due to safety or health hazards cause by renovations. This place doesn't even deserve a star. They are friendly and nice at first, until you're locked in an agreement. If there are any problems, they will tell you to contact the owner and not give you the owners information.
