Moved in June 8th and couldn't be happier. The ladies in the office we're friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious. I felt at home immediatly. With all the amenities my daughter and I are also have something to do. The location is perfect, it's close to anything I could possibly be.

Horrible! We signed a lease for April 1 which is a weekend so we would have plenty of time to move. We are then told we are going to have to push the date to May 1 as the current tenant needs an additional month. So we wait even though it was a huge inconvenience and we were now having to move on a Tuesday. But we said that was fine. Well fast forward to move in day, we arrive at 5 pm, after working and packing all of our stuff and get the keys. We walk in to do the inspection and the handymans ladder is sitting in our kitchen, the bathroom tub is leaking to the point its half full, the apartment is infested with sugar ants, the water was shut off, the bathroom sink wont drain, the blinds are broken, the light fixture is missing, there is cut up carpet all over our bathroom, there is a cigarette burn in the carpet (that is supposedly new), and everything looks used and rundown. I WAS SHOCKED! We are paying $1120 a month for a 2 bedroom apartment that is GIVEN to us in this condition! Of course I call the office staff to report this unacceptable condition and they state they will send maintenance (such a joke didnt fix anything) and will send someone to spray for bugs the next day! Clearly this apartment was not inspected and was NOT in move in condition! But best believe if we were to leave the apartment in this condition for move out, they would keep our security deposit and probably charge us! I pray we find somewhere else to move QUICKLY!!! Beware!!!
