you have done a lot with the place but the rent is very high area

Run as fast as you can! This place has no ammenities..no basket ball courts, no clubhouse, no fitness center, the pools have been out of order most of the year forst for "renovations" and now because the pumps dont work. They say they have emergency maintenance which is not true...we had a water leak emergency we had to fix ourselves because the emergency maintenance numberbjust goes to voice mail. No 24 hour security...guy is only there after 4. There are always cops here for something. Much better places to rent from.

It is the worst administration in the 3 years here let's start with the receptionist, a first class rude person who believes that one is here asking and not paying everything that is paid the resolution of the problems in the apartment is solved by the hour and then another one breaks down and you have to ask them to go and check it. it's disgusting what a pity losing my money this way looking quickly for where to move. 2 days without air conditioning because they came to check something and screwed up something else and now here paying 1000 and more rent and they are fine thanks.

The assistance from the staff has been wonderful so far. Just having issues with the last step of our application. For some reason the invite for my sons is not being combined with mine. So the delay is upsetting. Im sure something will pull through.

So far everything has been going great! The application and process has been very easy. Katelyn the Lady in the office has been nothing but a sweetheart to me and I look forward moving in at the end of this month. I can't wait to see my apartment because everyone who lives there there apartment is very nice and clean. The price is amazing. Where else can you find a four bedroom at a reasonable price in Ocala? Everywhere else I have lived of course maintaince can't be everywhere at once. I'm very exited!!!
