I have one instance I will relate that sums it all up.
I came home one evening in the summer of 2012 to a sweltering apartment, north of 85 deg. Obviously the AC had decided it was not feeling it. I had no idea what might have been the issue. I then called the after hours service number provided and left a message explaining the situation and even stipulating that I would survive the night that if they could send someone out the next morning that would be acceptable. That was at approximately 7:30 pm. At roughly 10 min after 8, as I was eating dinner, a knock on the door. It was one of your repair men, whom had apparently just gotten home when he got the call and had to turn around and come back. Said he couldn't see leaving someone in that kind of heat if he could help it.
I gave him a solid out in my message, and despite that, and the late hour, he returned to fix the AC (simply a clogged drainage line, it was a 10 min fix). Compared to a few other complexes I've lived in, that was service in an entirely different category. Thoroughly impressed. And every experience I had with Highlands both previous to that and until the day I moved out was just as satisfactory. I'd recommend the facility to anyone in a heartbeat.

Maintenance team always gets the jobs done in a timely manner. The pool party was so much fun! The complex is beautiful!
Office staff is wonderful!
Value for the price. Everything is provided including air filters for the HVAC system. Rental office personnel are totally professional. Service techs. are competent, courteous and prompt.
The apartment complex is clean,tidy and beautiful. Requests for repairs are responded to in reasonable time. Also the staff is very professional.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
