What Renters Like and Dislike About Oakland Park

Close restaurants and grocery stores. Can walk to the schools. People are friendly. Economically friendly.

Friendly people, low crime, great schools, inexpensive to live, great areas to run. Area has very good roads and everything is in good repair

The nature parks are unique Wilton Manors is filled with nice restaurants and coffee shops. I like to bike riding in the parks

Old, unique houses well maintained with lots of old trees. Cyth coffee shop nearby. Can walk most places nearby.

There is a school near by with a big park for our kids. I like the fact that the houses and townhomes are new. It's a great place to raise kids and pets.

We have a lot of small restaurants near us, we have a semi active night life in our area and we have a few good bars
