What Renters Like and Dislike About North Miami Beach

Beautiful great big canal running through the area. Walking/biking walkways. Variety of restaurants in the area. All of the restaurants are great to go with family, also walking by the canal is great.

I like that I'm only 15 minutes from the beach. We have so much here, shops, theater, malls, etc... Everything you would ever need you can find it here in this community. Traffic is not that during normal hours. You will find some heavy traffic during rush hour. That's about it.

He likes to eat with his family at nearby restaurants. I like to go shopping at accessory stores with my family.

I really like going to Sunny Isles Beach it is right down the street and they have nice restaurants such as outback steakhouse

The bus stops are all close by and if you dont want to take bus there is a free trolly. There are fast food restaurants near by and grocery stores. There are also schools within the neighborhoods so thats also good.

We like going to the beach, the mall, we like going to restaurants we like Tji Fridays , Chili's , Danny's and Olive garden.
