Complained several times to the office about my upstairs neighbors stomping and they havent done anything.
Needs to improve parking and actually enforce their lease policies about parking if management hops in one of their golf carts you can visibly see all the improper tag violations. When you move to another state you are suppose to register your car in that state and get new tags . There is so many out of state tags and I can tell people in units who don't belong here. Don't know why they don't just make a vistor parking area away from buildings so the the residents who actually live here can get decent parking. I have had to park like 2 blocks away from my building. It's pretty simple repaint parking spots add vistor spots and give residents car stickers so you know who belongs and who doesn't then you tow cars without stickers that are not in visitor spots. Then you can add the smokers that alot of people in the community don't follow the lease that says 25 ft from building when we have people who smoke in the stairwells and you don't have to even catch them just look at all the cigarette butts in the grass right next to stairwell.
I am having the worst of times living here and only have been here for five months now. People smoke inside the apartment and in the stairwell even though this is a smoke free complex. Ive complained about the neighbor directly below me constantly smoking inside and breaking the lease rules because my family and i have suffered at least four severe colds since living here due to the toxic second hand smoke. Im severely allergic to cigarette smoke and suffer every with breathing issues now. I have complained to the office almost every day but they take the smokers word over mine that they are not smoking anything inside. These people are chain smokers and they stay inside their apartment all day long just making me miserable and fearing for my familys health. We have had two different owners now and both of them failed to do anything about the smokers smoking inside the unit below me. Its takes four months for work orders to finally get completed after reporting the issues. They have decided not to fix any elevators in order to do more activities for the residents which we dont care about when we have to lug our groceries and furniture to the third floor. Im only left with the choice to sue the current management, the resident below me, call the police on them and suing the association owning this property. Im literally slowly loosing my life here. Plus the guy neighbor has a really bad criminal record and should not even be living here. He lies to the office and says thats his twin brother. He has no twin brother by the way. He argues and physically hits the other neighbors. He acted as if he was reaching for a gun at one of the maintenance man when they we simply trying to have a conversation with him. What more does he have to do to be evicted from this property. He has no job, only the woman works. He is inside smoking all day long and not caring who it affects. I cant deal with this anymore and Im going to take further action. Hate it here!
I was in New Port Richey area last week looking for places to live. I tried to call Summer Lake Villas as they look like they have lots of sq ft, which I am seeking. No one ever returned my call to this date, even though Im back in WV now. I suppose they must just work in office/return calls when they are trying to fill empty properties. Looked nice on internet site. I supposed we are going with another complex who were fully staffed and very interested in showing their property.
Its an awesome place to live the apartment is huge I currently live in a five bedroom and five bath I have nice neighbors and Miss Darcy the property manager and Bianca the assistant manager are amazing
