Richey Woods is a clean, well organized place, and management very helpful and kind....The maintenance on the apts. is outstanding. Over all, is a nice place to live for the seniors.....
Very friendly on the phone. They do not have a pool on location. I asked if they are income based as they are advertised on certain sites as being so but I was told they are not.
Income regulation. Really.
They have annual maximum income guidelines at this community & although I am definitely a senior citizen my annual income level is about $1000.00 over the annual maximum income guideline; so I do not qualify.. In Florida the annual maximum income guidelines differ in each county.. Weird I know but it is what it is.. The community sent me an email on this since it's not indicated in their community info on their website..
looks like a nice place to live
