Worst place I ever lived. Management is horrible they chance every 3 months or so, my AC BROKE DOWN they send a maintenance that have no AC LICENSE TO FIXED Awhen we complain they send the cops on us. After a while they send this unit AC. TO PU ON MY WINDOW and my AC still broke

Absurdly expensive for lackluster amenities. "renovated" units are in bad condition, things constantly break, walls are cardboard thin you can hear literally everything outside. And good luck finding parking spaces. This place is so overpriced, even more so now than before we were paying $1800 for a tiny 2 bedroom apartment (1000 sq ft ) and now that same apartment is $2300, that's insane and for that price you can get something bigger and better.

Family Orientated. Well maintained and the maintenance crew is reliable and there for the residents. Most importantly the Management staff is always welcoming and here to help in anyway.
