Moving in soon, closer to December, but am super excited to see how this place pans out.
Poorly managed building.

The hot tub is cold and they don't even have a front desk that will let people up, you have to go downstairs and get anyone even if its food, absolutely ridiculous. Pool and hot tub closes down at 11 unlike it says in the contract that it was 24/7. They stopped online payments so now you have to bring physical checks if you ever end up seeing a person that actually works there. In the contract it says a person comes to clean your apartment twice a month, but someone has only come once in the 5 months I've been living here. Its overpriced for what its worth so id spend your money on a building that has their stuff together.
Low income apartments two-bedroom about a $1,000 a or 1100 for a two-bedroom
