I was a tenant living at Sunshine. During CoVid times. I had a setback with my health. And I asked Miami Dade County for assistance in paying my back rent. The reason I asked for assistance I was hospitalized twice during the Covid times. The complex wouldnt even help nor would they send paperwork to the county for me.

Hello There, Thank you for the opportunity to collaborate for the improving of your service. The manager Karen was so aggressive and impolite when I request information about the process and apartments available. She needs some education in customer service to improve the service that you offer.
