If I could give the management and staff at Shorecrest Club Apartment buildings a zero star I would. The entire management is completely unorganized and worse is not trained properly with correct information to help any tenant. The leasing office staff is extremely un-intelligent when it comes to matters concerning the apartment building where they work. Continuous mis-information, inaccurate payment amounts, incomplete information and on top of everything they accept no fault. They do not communicate with the tenants about any issues happening in the building, the power continuously goes out, they threaten to tow your car from the parking after registering with their system, there is dog feces all along the walk ways, they do not respond to maintenance requests and still mark them as complete in their system. They constantly charge tenants incorrect rent amounts, transfer fees, parking fees and other maintenance issues. Completely unprofessional, and they have no training.

This is a non -smoking building but residents on the 11 floor of the West building are constantly smoking, cigarettes and marijuana. I sent emails to management but no solution. someone is always in my parking spot, which I may for monthly. Early morning noises from other residents make it impossible to sleep. Please run from this apartment building.
