My wife and I moved into Gio middle of Covid with only doing a virtual tour. The apartment and building exceeded our expectation! The staff made the moving process so easy, and everyone is so nice in the building. We even received a hand written note as well as a move in gift! They go above and beyond to making sure we are enjoying the community. They have even started giving out local donuts on the 1st of the month! Thank you Gio we love it!

The complex is BEAUTIFUL. High end finishes in my apartment, def more beautiful in person. The staff goes above and beyond to keep residents happy. Very conveniently located5 min to the highway, 10 min to the beach, walking distance to happy hour, lol. Ive really loved living here for the past 4 months.
