Apartments and building looks nice but between guest parking, broken amenities and security deposit claims you are going to pay way more than the value you are getting.

Staff very difficult to deal with. Amenities are broken and go long periods of time without fixing. Carpet in halls are old torn and stinky. Trash shoot has been broken for 6 mos and can be smelled through the floor. Sauna smells like sweat because it has not been cleaned since I moved in. Dry sauna is often broken. Printer in business office has not worked for 6 mos. Staff is unresponsive to issues and corporate does not respond. Save yourself a headache and rent somewhere else.

I would recommend Gables Prince to everyone and anyone. It is such an amazing place to lived filled with exceptional workers and ammenities. I'm very happy to call Gables Ponce home.
