I was live here more than 5 years in this place , I find out in your place have to slove the problem about car parking lot . I don t know what s happen ? But my room we have only 1 car but every single night I could find any car parking avIlable , I need your guy take care for the resident first at least make the sign at the car parking lot , 2 car parking lot for each room , take care for the people that they paid for you first , I pay every month $1604 , I m a long term your customer but always see the same problem . I believe for sure some unit might have more people live more that in the record that why ? Alway have a same problem , I need the manager fix the problem reserve the car parking for the resident first , mark the sign at car parking and visitor have to look for another area , the visitor doens t pay for rent . How s come , I pay the rent is high but I cann t find my car parking lot . Every night many year too . If your guy don t take care for the resident first , your guy will lose the customer every single year , for the visitor just keep some area for them don t forget !! Visitor pay your rent or resident pay your rent think about that . Also you need to be strict how s many people live in one unit , I m sure some unit they might have people live more than that they report . That why in the night could find any car parking , or if all they are visitor just let s them park some where . Take care who s pay your rent money first that the way to keep your bussiness
Im a current resident the problem with parking is out of control I had a friend over and they didnt let them in because the visitor parking lot is full so I went to the parking lot and there were 26 parking spaces in the top floor alone were visitor park I will not recomend this place on less you dont want no one to come visit you and want to pay what an apartment in miami beach will cost you

Within 2 weeks from our move in, there have been 3 incidents of theft of our packages, which I have reported to the police. Also, a letter that was ours was opened and left at our door, which is a threat to our privacy.
The fact that these thefts and invasion have happened within thirty minutes of packages arrival makes me concerned that a burglar is freely walking behind our apartment's door, where is supposed to be a safe place and the property manager does nothing about it. There is no camera to catch the rubber and doors are not luck so that any body can come in to the building!! I was willing to terminate the lease but the landlord asked me to pay the 2 month penalty fee for the issues that his complex has created for me and I am not affording this amount!
These issues have become a major concern and have caused a significant amount of stress and anxiety in our lives, taking away our focuses from work and other stuff. If you care about your security and safety, do not come to this buildings!!
The premises are clean and kept. The staff is very helpful.
The Community is very clean. The security does its job very well!! The residents in the community are very friendly, hence a very good background check is done!!
