the apartments community outside view look clean and very well maintained. The staff people is nice, help-ful.

The people who work there are disrespectful especially the manager. She needs to learn how to deal with the residents. Just awful!

The dog park has been missing the doors since I moved in in July rendering it unuseable. I have confronted them about it more than 20 times and have been repeatedly told either oh it should be fixed soon or we dont know when itll be fixed and am given no solution. This issue has been disregarded for 8 months out of my year long lease and I am looking to live elsewhere as a result. I moved into this complex for the dog park specifically as it is advertised online so it is extremely upsetting that it is not useable, especially since there is a large pet fee and monthly pet rent that is charged. They have repainted the place 3 times but cannot replace a missing gate piece so it is extremely upsetting.

The only problem that this place have is the lack of management from the administration. If you a situation don't count on the manager,she always have bad attitude, no sense of urgency towards your situation. When you have an issue and ask the manager for a solution she clearly said she not gonna give you a resolution,period. Even when you go to pick up a package they get bother because they have to look for it. For simple issues of maintenance be ready for wait at least 1 week. Blue Roc Premier is the actual administration and they need to be aware of the annoying situation that we have with this manager,the reputation of this place is going down because of her bad attitude. The residents are quiet, never see police presence to deal with danger situations. Lanscape is good. If Blue Roc Permier pay attention to this and fixed is going to be a good place for live.

Terrible management. Tries to get over on you in any way they can. I forgot to turn in my keys upon moving out (which according to my lease just means they should be deducted from my security deposit). Instead of taking that simple course of action, Via Velino's management decided to wait 10 days before calling me and then claimed that I hadn't moved out despite me having spoken with the manager the day before I left. Of course, the manager pretended that conversation did not happen.

In addition, the office is closed extremely erratically. For example, they pulled the entire staff for training leaving the office only open for an hour out of the day. And this was they day before they took off for Good Friday.

They can't even figure out how to accept online payment. When this new management took over they said it would take 60 days to get a system set up. During this time, they usually had only one person in the office to deal with the horde of tennants trying to pay their rent in person.

Everything about this apartment management screams incompetence. The only positive about the whole complex is it's proximity to F.I.T.. After dealing with their management though, I would recommend students bite the bullet and find another place. Anyone who doesn't go to F.I.T. shouldn't even consider this place for a second.
