I've had nothing but a positive experience here. The maintenance staff is prompt and efficient, and the office staff is responsive and friendly. The community is has lots of things to do.

i moved in here 4 months ago and had a great experience . maintenance is quick to respond and the office staff is so helpful. apartments are really nice and the property is beautiful

I had good intentions on moving here until I heard about the application fee then a $300 admin. Fee. Which she told that me covered the getting the apartment ready. Then I asked her, then what the deposit for and what does the apartment building cover if the future tenants have to pay a deposit, application fee, and a administration fee? What's wrong with this picture?

This place was absolutely horrible. We were looking for a 2br option & stopped in for a tour. We walked in & were completely ignored for 5 minutes before a lady in an office asked if a man out there helped us. She sighed like we were an inconvenience but said she'd be out to help us in a minute. Prior she was on the phone which we could over hear & she lied to the person on the other side saying so & so wasnt in. This person was in the office just sitting on his phone watching videos. The other man in the office sounded too busy gossiping to be bothered to help us. We finally got help where we were basically told to go online & look and the lady said we caught her as she was doing something for the city & handed us over to the other gentleman who after another 5 minutes of being ignored came over & was basically trying to get rid of us. We said we wanted a tour & he said okay but it would be just a minute he had to finish something. He walked into the other office where the lady was & then ignored us for near 20 minutes. We were getting ready to walk out when he saw us & decided to walk over. He directed us outside to a cart & we were off. The apartments looks nice at first but he showed us one that he had to do a checklist on. The place was a wreck. Materials laying about, broken cabinets, doors off & all the while the guy couldn't be bothered to get off his phone. He did his checklist & while looking at his phone asked of we were done. Didnt bother asking for questions, tried encouraging us to get it or even engaging with us. We pointed out the broken cabinet & he said yeah i know. That's it. He showed us out, him still being glued to his phone & drove us back over. We get back & while still looking at his phone asked if theirs anything else we needed & we said no we've seen enough. He finally looked up & said okay well y'all have a good day & walked off. Worst sales people ever! Who treats potential clients this way? And the apartment was awful. Save your time &
