Me and my husband are from out of state and we came down about a two months ago to apartment hunting because we are trying to relocate down there. So we found this place. The community and apartments themselves are really nice. I cant even lie. HOWEVER...... it sucks that its ruined by their rude management. The lady that gave us the tour was super friendly at first. But when it got down to the nitty gritty of applying, especially us being so far, her friendly and helpfulness" attitude changed.
She emailed us the application, we filled it out and emailed it back. Then we call and call and call (THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES THERE) we still need some papers to be signed. Cool. We fill the missing paperwork and send it again. My husband even took off from work to make it trip down there to make sure all of our papers were in order. Well apparently that wasn't the case and there was still "missing paperwork" because they needed originals and not electronic copies and signatures. But mind you she hasn't told us these things. We are waiting, and waiting to get an update and NOTHING. So i call yesterday (we have been at this for weekssss now) and after 30-40 mins of redialing I finally get through to someone. The assistant property manager answers (although he doesn't tell me he is until later on in the convo). He answers very rude not friendly or helpfu., with the stank attitude like...what do you want. To bad that when I asked for his "assistance" is correcting the issue he just forwards the call to the stupid lady we've been going around in circles with. She ended up saying that everything I had told her was wrong and we were the ones that were non-compliant. So cancelled everything then and there. Obviously these two have no clue about a thing called customer service. All I really wanted was to be helped. If they both would have come off differently, the situation could have been resolved.
The gym is always very warm in the evenings. My likes and dislikes are: Excellent customer service and maintenance.
It is close to my job
It is a pretty quiet community, mostly families and young adults. The staff (both office and maintenance) are very friendly and always accommodating.
