Going down hill already . No parking, towing cars and rude lady in the office.

This place looks nice but BEWARE! My boyfriend lived here for less than 6 months. He paid the high rent on time EVERY month. He needed to relocate for a serious family emergency and they are making him pay 3k in lease fees and stealing his security deposit although the apartment is emaculate. Not only that they are making him pay the full deposit (they give you a discount up front but its fake). You can't have guests with a vehicle for more than 48 hrs. Imagine that- no family visiting for the holidays. And when he was moving out Executive Towing and Recovery towed his moving van at 11pm even though he parked where instructed and registered it for parking permit. He was getting on the road at 4am and the Apartment complex called the towing service. Now he may not make it in time for an important family situation. These people are foul. That is not the way to treat your residents. Do your research and ask every question you can before signing your peace of mind away to Toscana Margate.

It started off promising. Nice work area. Nice pool area. BUT then the rules started changing. I'm pretty sure they're getting a kick back w/the towing service because a minute after midnight they start towing. Even towed my finances truck and he had a parking permit. CLAIMED it was an accident. Lying behinds! Then your vistors have to register w/them like released inmates and can only stay 48 hours a month. This all happened after I moved in. THE MILDEW IN THE PLACE WAS RIDICULOUS! Plus the rent is always going up.

This place is amazing! We have lived here for 2 years and couldnt be happier. The staff is incredible and actually care about the residents, the grounds are beautiful, and we have so many fun Events like TACO TUESDAY ! ! Thanks Enith For being an amazing manager to an amazing property!
