Quietest place we have ever lived in! Love the concrete walls between units to help reduce noise. Concrete is also a great insulator and keeps the electric bill down. Also love that there are community events hosted by the front office staff! The new paint on the buildings look awesome too!!

I'm giving this 1 star. I would give it 1 1/2 but that is not an option. I have lived here for over two years. I have had three managers all nice but not that effective when it comes to even the simplest things such as responding to emails for example. I have sent many that go unanswered. Although advertised as a luxury apartment, they are not luxury. One of their big selling points is that the walls are solid concrete so the apartments are quiet. A. Not all of the buildings are solid. B. I have heard from people in the solid wall buildings that you can still hear through the walls. A quiet apartment will depend on your neighbors. The appliances might look nice but they are cheap. We have had many problems with our AC. Our AC drip pan overflowed three times and flooded the area around the unit. It took them weeks to find the correct drain pipe to the outside when it was right where I said it was (Some of the drain pipes actually empty under ground level so they get blocked and need consistent vacumming. They have not been able to stop our faucets from dripping. The microwave has a hole in the inside shelf. We don't use it but they have not replaced it in 2 years. The storage units leak so make sure that you put valuables up off the floor. The storage rooms (some) have mold in them. The AC in the storage areas is not consistently on. The drain pipe outside our apartment is blocked. I had to spend my own money to provide a way for the water to drain away from the patio doors in the mildest of thunderstorms. I had to pay for sandbags during the hurricane. It was to be fixed but hasn't. The management has no recourse over neighbors who want to make noise late into the night or early morning hours. They suggest white noise machines, fans or ear plugs. The onsite police officer has little control. The cabana area which was in fairly good shape 2 1/2 years ago has deteriorated. It's hit or miss on propane. Some of the burners work, some don't. People put their trash out in
My apt was prepared so nice for me for move-in I would have thought it was brand new and never have been lived in. Love the concrete structure, spacious apt that gets tons of natural light and a lot of closet and storage space. Great unit features such as real wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances and deep kitchen sinks. Extremely quiet neighborhood, comfortable neighbor-hood feel and great lication, within wking distance to a lot of stores and restaurants. Staff are very courteous, friendly and attentive. I really enjoy living here.
Do your research. For the price of rent, you would expect better. This is the apartment complex of various smells....all not good. The Q's solution to their smelly problem is masking the smells with Glade Plug-ins. The hallway leading to our unit smells maybe due to the valet trash service. Residents leave their garbage in the hallway at night for the trash service. I assume there have been some garbage spills from the spots on the carpet. Our unit has an awful, almost toxic smell. I mentioned the smell to the property manager, but she denied there was a smell. I was then told that maybe it's from the unit being unoccupied. If there wasn't a smell, why are was there a Glade Plug-in in the unit? But I fell for it, and went through signing a lease anyway. They have tried to remedy the smell issue by cleaning the carpet, but that didn't work. So then, they stuck chemical stink cover-upper in the A/C unit that smells like mint and cinnamon. Now, it smells like toxic, deteriorating building materials mixed in with mint and cinnamon.
I've had a work order in for 2 weeks (and still counting) about a closet shelf that fell. I understand they have to triage problems based on ugency, but it makes you wonder what is going on in the other units if falling shelves are at the bottom of the list? In the meantime, I'll have to deal with my smelly "luxury" apartment with collapsing shelves, closet doors falling out of the hinge and non-working light fixture.
