I have lived here for almost a year now. The leasing staff are completely out to lunch. Rude and short when you ask questions and take days/a week to answer important emails. They've recently blocked off spaces that were shown off as communal during tours and rented them out for an additional fee as reserved parking, office space etc. Call box and some key fob locks have been broken since move in almost a year ago. Incredibly slow to fix security features like the garage gate (or key fob locks!). So disappointing! The building itself and fellow tenants are wonderful!

Previous Management Company

Never again! I cant believe my luck. I moved in 1 month ago...1 MONTH and I came home one night to a flood in my apartment. Sure they cleaned everything up, but with an attitude like I was the problem. A pipe broke somewhere above my apartment so its their fault! I really hate the office staff. My neighbors have been more than supportive. Matter of fact, all my neighbors have had problems too. Such as rats and water leaks. Im moving out of here as soon as I can. Hopefully sooner rather than later.

The office crew should all be fired. They care less about their current residents and more about who they can move in next. No one seems experienced in this field. Id look elsewhere and save your money.

Dont waste your money. It looks nice, but everything is cheap. So much has broke since Ive lived there. Which is only 4 and a half months.
