Sabal Club's oversized one and two bedroom and townhome floor plans feature extra-large screened-in patios, spacious walk-in closets, wood-burning fireplaces, sunrooms and ceiling fans. Our pet-friendly community offers a fitness center, basketball and racquetball courts and sparkling swimming pool with a sun deck. We are located in the exclusive Sabal Point neighborhood with easy access to Interstate 4, and Highways 434 and 436. We're minutes from shopping and dining venues and are in close proximity to the beautiful Wekiva Springs State Park.

Very quiet location, great staff, no crime to worry about, central location to shops and dining.
Maintenance crew have been above the top - responsive, helpful, non-judge mental. All the employees have been fabulous. The community is safe, quite and well maintained. Love the on line portal for assistance and communication.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
