It ia in a nice part of the city. Very close to grocery shopping and restaurants. I can walk to my favorite places

Neighbors are friendly and the streets are clean. The water views are nice and that means many houses are high end.

Its close by some stores i can literally walk and buy me some snacks and its close by the school everything you need and i need

Everyone looks out for each other and everyone is so friendly. Everything is in walking distance like stores, restaurants and parks.

the neighbors are friendly. the neighborhood is always kept up in beautification. lots of scenery and quiet.

I love that I am walking distance from the downtown area that includes restaurants. I love that I am only 20 min away from the beach walking.
