Tiana, an employee at the boulevard, largo, worked with me to not only find and secure my dream apartment, but make sure to keep in touch with me, provide accurate information, along with any changes to keep me up to date and ensure all my forms were completed on time and diligently. Her integrity, character, and dedication to her work and clientele went above and beyond any person I have ever worked with. I am more than pleased to say I found my new home because of Tiana (at the Boulevard, St. Petersburg largo, clearwater, and Indian rocks area) and move in at the end of the month! Thank you so much Tiana. It was such a pleasure to work with her! I'm so excited!!!

This picture is not factual. Run down dump. Highly overrated and The Connor Group took over in January. The only change was a coat of paint. 3rd one in a few years did that merit the increase in rent by $500? Most of the units were already upgraded by the previous management firm. Not so friendly management and it's their way or no way. As they said to Forrest Gump - RUN FORREST RUN! Look around and make sure you sign nothing until you have clearly read it. Look at the dog poop, the cracked dirty walkways. The pool area- new chairs and table, worth $500+ a month? Entertainment room with shabby old broken down pool table.

AWESOME PLACE TO LIVE ! The apartments are airy and luxurious. The property is maintained well and no trash or debris. The pool is immaculate and the gym is awesome and open 24 hrs. We have a theater here and dog park. Security is not slacking and its a community of nice people that live here. The leasing consultants are professional AND SUPER NICE.
