The dog park is not taken care of. My dog and others dogs have gotten bad flea infestations after using the park. The Office is VERY hard to get a hold of. The apartments are nowhere near as nice as the show apartment, and not worth what they are charging.
They allow pets. If you have a dog he will be eaten up with fleas no matter what you do. We left two months ago and we are now just getting our dog free of fleas.
Maintenance responds quickly to requests.Grounds are well maintained.Love the 2 master bedroom layout.Office staff is friendly.Downside is lack of visitor parking. The spots are filled week after week by the same cars. Some people leave their garbage outside the trash compactor. Probably need a platform so people can drop their bags in instead of having to lift the bags up.
Maintenance was slow and apartment was sub par. Needed some work even walking in. Office staff is one of the worst parts. I was leaving for the military and had to cut my lease short and the manager was pretty rude when I started talking about it like I was lying. Which I did not appreciate it at all. Just assuming Im lying because Im younger? I mean, if youre not making a lot of money, I guess. But other than that. Keep lookin
It was ok in a pinch but then we realized our appliances werent working. The apartment was infested with spiders. Zero insulation. We were there for three months and couldnt get anyone out to fix anything until right before we moved. However, when we tried to explain what was going on, there was a language barrier. It was awful.
