Park Village Apartments

Moved out about a month ago because we bought a house. Loved the changes management was making and how the office staff always remembered who I was. Jo, the manager was hilarious and made an apartment feel like home when she knew our kids and their lives. 10/10 would recommend.

I lived there for 4 years and in the beginning it was nice but at the end, not so much. If you like rude staff, selective enforcement of rules, piles of dog poop, cigarette butts everywhere, no security as gate has been broken for 3+ years, consistently raised rent, bad plumbing, leaking roof, washer and refrigerator had to be replace as both stopped working, witnessing mass evictions, police called numerous times a week, required to have LED light bulbs (not even joking) etc. this is the place for you. I am so glad I am out of this complex. Not to mention, just try getting your security deposit returned to you timely as I have been waiting 60 days and by law it is to be returned within 15 days.Staff very argumentative regarding refund.

I loved this place. I toured with the older management years ago and passed but the new mgt has done so much to fix this place. I am so happy to be getting the process started. Can't wait for my new home!!!!!

The place has never allowed people to run a business let a lone towing business out of apartments. Now 509 66th Street side. Constantly driving beyond legal speed limits and without care and all hours of the night and letting their diesel motors run all hours of the night and honking their horns. Neighbors coming home in the early morning hours pounding bass in apartment # 706. Hey I get it! I need to work and have fun, but there's a time and a place for it. Grow up and quit making your neighbors suffer.

have lived here for 4 years and my list of complaints could reach the moon. If you like rude staff, selective enforcement of rules, mandatory renovations with 24hour notice, piles of dog poop, rent-a-cops that don't even bother driving thru anymore, consistently raised rent, bad plumbing with constant toilet issues, 2nd hand appliances that are dented and dirty, witnessing mass evictions, light bulb inspections (not even joking) etc this is the place for you. I honestly cannot wait to leave this complex which is sad because I loved it before it went thru multiple sales and management companies. These units are extremely overpriced and any work done on them is shoddy.
