The Village at Terra Bella is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and easy access to I-75 and downtown Tampa. The community offers 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartment homes with modern finishes such as granite countertops and espresso cabinetry. Community amenities include a zero-entry pool, fitness center, dog park, sports lounge and more.

Ineed the apartment
Village at Terra Bella website is horrible; the mobile app is even worse and never works right. The rent bill is ready ON the 1st of the month when its due. The water bill is always late. They have no control to update the payment information online, so if something goes wrong, they tell you go to get a cashiers check. The valet for trash seems like a hit and a miss, if they take it or not. Half of the time it looks like they drag the garbage across the concrete, leaving behind whatever comes out. There is never close parking when getting home after 8PM, but I guess I could use the exercise. There are people partying at the pool way past the time it is supposed to be closed, leaving beer cans in the pool and trash everywhere. The space between the ceiling and the next apartment is not well designed. it seems like I hear every footstep above me. The porch / patios are not covered on the bottom and if you are sitting outside and kids above you accidentally spill something, well, you get to enjoy it too. The only service for internet right now is Spectrum and they seem to go out all the time out here. As someone who works from home, thats frustrating.
Overall, it is a quiet community for the most part less the party goers at the pool all night (Doesn't happen every night). If you were to ask if I would recommend this place to others? Yes, I would, as long as youre okay with and can live with the CONS above.
The personnel at Terra Bella was very helpful during the leasing and moving in process. Apartment was nice but had no hot water the first day. There were several maintenance issues that needed to be resolved but the maintenance crew was always great about fixing the problems and correcting them. During our lease the overall experience was nice. Unfortunately, several months before our lease ended new management took over. This is when we saw a significant decline in the overall cleanliness and care of the buildings. As our lease approached its end we signed our 60 (required) notification. At this point management took a turn in meeting our expectations. All of a sudden, managements attitudes changed and seemed to not be interested in assisting us. After we had moved out this continued to be the case. Overall....I would say as long they are in the process and getting you to lease their apartment and move in all is great, however, once they know you are leaving you become bottom priority.
