Why do some one wants to pay this much

The noise level is absurd on the lower levels. They will not let large animals on upper floors due to noise but will let small children. We lived two years with absolute hellians and above us. Our light fixtures looked like they were going to fall out of ceiling weekly. We reported this numerous times but nothing was done.
They issued my refund deposit with me and my ex wife's name on it. Even though I paid originally myself. They refuse to re issue any payment with just mine or my ex wife's maiden name on it!!! Said there is "nothing they can do about it". The lady was extremely rude about it and said we should not have fraudulently signed the termination documents the way we did.
Do not lease here. Ariva in highland city is a much nicer place with better amenities.
