Rates are way too high and if you want to hold an apartment you do not know what the rent would be.

I honestly dont understand the negative reviews. Noose complaints ? You live in an apartment, its to be expected. I havent lived in one where you couldnt hear your neighbors. Bugs ? Ive had a bug here or there but Ive been in other complexes around Lakeland that had the same problem and Ive been in homes with the same thing. Kill it and move on, one or two bugs is not an infestation. Pricey ? Not at all, I came from NJ and pay $500 less for a bigger apartment. Office staff is beyond friendly and always respond to my emails. I never hear people working in their garages or children through the walls. I hear cabinets but Im sure they here mine too. I never hear dogs barking and even if I did , who cares ? They bark thats how they communicate, the houses all around also have barking dogs. They mow the lawn early but every complex Ive lived in does. Honestly most of the negative reviews Im sure are from people who dont get there way. Dont let them scare you , I love this place ! Its beautiful and very worth the money score size, location, upgrades. Etc.

No one knows whats going on in the office.Very poor management.If there is a manager.

Problem is management lets people work on motorcycles in the garages and the compresses for power tools can run till after 11 at night tried to complain but office worker basically said tough luck thats the way it is .

Its expensive and has roaches. Looks nice but not livable.

Where can I start! We are total relocationing from Houston, TX. We actually picked these apartments using YouTube , residents reviews in the Etc. and before that. We have never personal been or seen this place. we finally made it to Lakeland on the 25th June. And OMG we was blowed away. Great customer service, the grounds was well kept. the apartment are larger than what the pictures show.
