Where can I start! We are total relocationing from Houston, TX. We actually picked these apartments using YouTube , residents reviews in the Etc. and before that. We have never personal been or seen this place. we finally made it to Lakeland on the 25th June. And OMG we was blowed away. Great customer service, the grounds was well kept. the apartment are larger than what the pictures show.
I'm new to the area . The complex is near stores and shopping. There is also an available golf course . . You also have access to I -4
Audubon Oaks staff was always very nice and helpful in every way, the location comes with beautiful scenery and very nice apartments. The staff caters to the Armed Forces and was very helpful in helping me prepare for a military deployment. 6 star location!
The office staff is very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Beautiful and quiet area!
Our air conditioning stopped working 3 times while we lived there. We had a newborn and it was 79 degrees and up all three times in our apartment and they would not send anyone out to fix it until the next day each time. So we were stuck with no air and a newborn overnight several times. The office said the first time that it wouldn't happen again and yet it did. It was ridiculous.
