What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Lakeland Highlands

The golf course. I'm close to restaurants and downtown. Close to highway. Close to grocery stores. Close to parks

I like that it's a pretty small neighborhood. We are not very far from a main road. There are several grocery store options, as well as restaurants.

There are many bars in my neighborhood where I can meet many new people and there are shops in my neighborhood where I can buy things easily

There are only 46 units here, so it is neighborly. I love that I am less than two miles from my favorite restaurant, and I'm only 3.2 miles from work. I don't go out very often.

It is a cul de sac. There is nothing unique about it. It is not far from amenities. I know know some neighbors

I like knowing my neighbors enough to stop and talk. The whole area is kept up and there is no garbage around.
