Place is great. A+
I consider myself blessed to live here. Honestly this place should be called Paradise it's almost like living in a Disney resort. The residents are pleasant the amenities are outstanding and the staff goes out of their way to make each and everyone of us feel welcome. I had a small maintenance issue during the weekend and the maintenance crew contacted me within five minutes. I am truly enjoying my experience living here .
Sun lake is a great place to live. I love the area I am in. Truely a beautiful place to live.
Great living spaces. Close to a lot of places included grocery store, turnpike, restaraunts, and shopping. Good ammenities, great staff. 10/10
I pay TOO MUCH to live in a place thats poorly maintained, full of people who dont respect their neighbors and community, and many staff who only care about renting new apartments and not addressing concerns of current residents (some do, not all are evil). Neighbors slam doors when entering and leaving, stomp up and down stairs no matter the time. They litter. Neighbors dont pick up after their dogs and let their dogs bark constantly. Gym treadmills break down every week. There has never been soap in gym bathrooms since I moved in (ew). The complex owns four paddleboards, but only two are functional; they dont seem concerned with fixing the broken ones. My upstairs neighbors stomp and slam things. I reported the noise issues to the office, who did nothing. The neighbors pipes go over my bedroom ceiling. There is some malfunction with the plumbing; the pipes make a loud cracking sound for several minutes. The complex says there is nothing they can do. My dryer ruined two separate loads of towels; the complex didnt care and refused to reimburse me for the second load, which occurred after maintenance supposedly fixed the problem. I stepped in a deep hole by the employee parking lot. You couldnt see it unless you were standing on top of it. I fell flat to the ground, slamming my knees and hands into concrete. My glass water bottle shattered. I was hurt (bruised and swollen knees). When I reported it, staff got maintenance to fill it. The Assistant Property Manager didnt care I was hurt and said they couldnt be held responsible for the hole unless anyone reported it before. I was told maintenance believed it was from the sprinklers; youd think this would be something they would check for. If the logic from my incident is applied to other aspects of the community, they dont inspect equipment for safety and require a child to be hurt on the complex playground before theyd be aware of and do anything to fix it.
