I am a New Tenant and I cant not tell you that this staff is amazing Meghan; Taylor and Carmen are the most wonderful people I have ever met. They are quick fast and friendly and make you feel welcome here and Station House.
They are truly a team. Especially Meghan. I just want to tell you if you are looking for somewhere that is beautiful quiet and people who understand and make you feel at home in your new home Station House in Lake Mary is the place to be . Meghan it's truly one of the people you may want to speak to she knows how to get things done and she don't play she's very good at what she does and she cares about what your needs are so please come and join us at Station House at Lake Mary

Sadly, you will NOT SLEEP OR REST in this apartment complex. The buildings are poorly insulated and the management is OBSESSED with having people from outside coming in the EARLY hours of the morning to maintain the surroundings with EXTREMELY LOUD, industrial equipment and leave blowers. This happens DAILY! Therefore, live here if you do not mind never ever having a rested, quiet morning again!!

Living at Station House for 2 years was a very pleasant experience.I love the apartments, the maintenance is excellent, William, the maintenance manager is so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.Carmen and Eleana, at he front office are very professional. Cristina, the housekeeper is such a sweet lady! I only have good things to say about Station House!
