I've lived here for 9+ years and would normally rate this community as 3 1/2 to 4 stars. We've gone through highs and lows with management, but maintenance has always been consistent and the location is perfect for my needs.
In the last six months I've had over 6 maintenance requests regarding my AC. I've been more than patient even when I knew the AC issue was an error on their part on my 2nd or 3rd request.
I called the leasing manager, Angel, today to discuss my recent concern and he was completely dismissive. I pointed out that I'm not the only resident with this concern. He made a smart remark stating it was irrelevant. He hung up on me, and when I called back he continued to be short, dismissive, and disrespectful. I have been a loyal, responsible, and perfect resident for over 9 years. I deserved far more respect than I received.
I would not warn anyone against this property per se, but I hope corporate reads this and handles management appropriately. Angel should take into account that residents like myself save his community money. If you expect your AC to function correctly maybe this isnt the place for you. Thats basically the understanding I got from Angel in between hang ups.
My concerns should be heard with respect. I think that should be expected if you live here 1 month or 9 years like myself.

I've had ongoing plumbing issues in the guest bathroom for ten months and they're only just now putting an effort into finding the cause of the problem, the same day I called in to ask about vacating. There's water damage on the roof and walls from months ago that they never bothered fixing and the window in my room has been stuck shut since I moved in. You'd think for how much they rent these apartments out for they'd actually try and take care of them but I guess not. I'd give it 0 stars if I could because living here has just been a big head ache

When we first moved into Bell Timacuan a few years ago, we loved it. Everything was so well taken care of and management and maintenance were fantastic. Ever since a few months ago new management took over and its possible Bell Timacuan was sold everything is disgusting. The leasing office side is very well kept and nice but the other side is atrocious! We cant wait for our lease to be up and get out of here! Theres a red couch behind the garage buildings that had been just sitting there forever, all of the grass is dead, there is furniture piled up by the dumpster that has been just laying there, there are red ant piles all over the place, when you call the front office nobody answers but if you walk over there everyone is in the office chitchatting and laughing...even the maintenance guys!
