What Renters Like and Dislike About Lake Mary

There are trees and a conservation area at the back so no crowded buildings and more green space. It is paved so we can walk around the neighborhood easily.

It's small quiet and safe, coffee and pizza and gas all walking distance along with shops, a park for kids and daycare for my son

I like being close to many stores and services. I also like the small town feel and that crime is low.

It's near 4 Publix 3 Walmart's 5 targets. I'm within 5 miles of 90 restaurants and 3 miles of the nearest shopping mall

There is a Publix at the entrance of our neighborhood. There is a hair salon and a Giovanni's restaurant nearby. There is also a park and multiple sporting venues.

It is a well cared for neighborhood. People take care of their homes and yards. We have wonderful neighbors.
