    I've only been living at Bella for a short amount of time, but so far I enjoy it very much. It appears to be a safe and friendly environment, and is the most attractive of all the apartments in the area in my humble opinion. It also has plenty of recreational amenities so you are entertained no matter what you like to do- a fitness room with plenty of classes (something I didn't see anywhere else), a workout room, a pool and hot tub, outdoor track, and a dog park. And plenty of parking!

    Nice, silence, secure place. Management is super nice and treat people with respect. Always available and the mantainance guys are very friendly, also if you have a request they fixed right away, no waiting for next day. Love their services.

    I do not recommend living here. This company falsifies positive reviews. On all sites there are negative reviews but you will see them pulled and replaced w it h fake reviews that mention the same office people over and over- because those are relatives of those office people. No one wants to live here. It is dirty loud and unsafe. The last company (the Aspect) was great. Our entire building was full. Now- we are some of the last residents in our entire building because nobody is renewing. I cant wait to stop living here.

    Where to even begin. From the getgo when we moved in there was some minor problems. However, when the management switched things went down hill quicker than a drop ride. First and foremost, there was ZERO communication about this management switch. I am talking about they literally did not tell us that they were taking over and I was away and when I got home I saw the name change. That right there, red flag number one. Number two, the dryer in my apartment broke in the end of September and instead of fixing it, they told us that there was nothing wrong for three months. They "replaced" the dryer but the dryers they replaced it with did not work either. This did not get fixed until we called corporate after three months and the regional manager came to look at everything and replaced it. We then asked for compensation for not having an amenity that was in our lease for over three months and that was also a fight. Next, they closed the pool for three months, kept pushing the end date back and then finally finish. Then they closed the gym, I understand the need for improvement but closing things one after another is not fair residents. There is also a huge garbage thing in the middle of parking spots. Another thing, they decided to repave the parking lots but did not have a safe plan for people when they needed to park their cars because the lot was over full. The staff is clueless. They also screened in our porch without even asking and when they were doing that the people doing it broke the door handle and they told us there was no way they did it. If your ac is broken, they will ignore it or tell you that its not hot enough to be an issue. If you have mold, do not worry they wont fix it for atleast two weeks because its florida and it happens. Leaks in the ceiling? they did not even open the ceiling to check for harmful things. You want to sleep? If you are by the pool, good luck, people are out there until almost midnight blasting music. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT HERE

    Elevators have been down since July. No communication no matter how often you contact prior or new management. Hallways and stairways are absolutely littered with rotting food, pet feces, and debris. The valet trash (that you pay for) struggles to collect all trash due to the lack of elevators and frequently isnt collected. At one time, neighbors had 8 full bags stacked across from us in the hall before collected. The bags spill open and leave trails of garbage everywhere which is then tracked up and down stairs. Amenities torn apart and not replaced. Inconsistent and infrequent communication. Just apologies for the inconvenience but no proactive communication or transparency. We used to be proud of our home but now are ashamed. They claim gated community but the gates are never closed. I guess they must be waiting on parts to repair those, too. Nothing offered. No communication. Grass totally dead from sprinklers that havent worked in years. Please dont let the good reviews sway you- the most recent reviews are the truth. We are so sad to see it.

    Loved the size of the apartment, however, the grounds are NOT what they could be, do they have landscaping? Walked around and found the pet waste bins to be overflowing and smell so severe - does nobody walk around the grounds from the office? I overheard the one manager, Jennifer, being rude and disrespectful to a tenant - totally unprofessional, you can dress nice but if you're rude, you're ugly. People were parked in handicap spots that had no plate or permit to do so - do they not fine? Do yourself a favor, when looking at this place take a good look around.
